Sustainability Stewardship Series (SSS)
For School Leaders & Key Personnel
School management plays an integral role in charting school programmes & initiatives, and the development of future eco stewards & leaders. It is therefore paramount and integral for the school management team to be equipped with sustainability knowledge, pedagogies and principles.
Objectives of SSS
Catalyse a sustainability-centred ecosystem in schools, led by school management & leadership
Support school management in designing & conceptualising sustainability programmes/ initiatives
Enable school management to explore action-based approaches in achieving sustainable outcomes;
Develop strategic decision planning in resource management, infrastructure transformations, curricular alignment & sustainability programmes activations
Materialise a complimentary budding project (choice of either people development or space development)
2-part series
SSS offers a training & development programme to school leadership and management personnel to catalyse a sustainability-centric ecosystem in schools, and a complimentary sustainability budding project related to people development or space development in schools.

Part 1
6 hour SSS Leadership Training Programme
Involvement of participating school:
6 hour Training Programme
Option of a single sitting (preferred) or split into 2 separate sessions
Attendees - KP, EXCO, Management Committees, Eco Drivers

Part 2
Budding Project
Involvement of participating school:
Choose between People Development / Space Development as the school’s budding project
Appoint a liaison POC (e.g. SSD, VP, KP, OM etc) to coordinate on the discussion/ implementation of the project
