OVERVIEW OF SSS

An initiative to support schools in their journey towards SG Green Plan 2030 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

SSS is an approach to empower school leaders to sustainability planning and engagement that enhances the impact of sustainability education and actively promote the cultivation of sustainable values and actions in schools.

The Sustainability Stewardship Series (SSS) is a programme championed and managed by Terra SG and supported by an institution of Public Character (IPC),
Asia Pacific Breweries Foundation.

Committed to supporting Environmental Sustainability, Human Excellence, and Social Sustainability, the APB Foundation is involved in initiatives that range from backing talent-building projects for human capital development, to engaging in meaningful partnerships with organisations or individuals who share our common goal to serve the society and building a sustainable future.

Objectives of SSS

Catalyse a sustainability-centred ecosystem in schools, led by school management & leadership

Support school management in designing & conceptualising sustainability programmes/ initiatives

Enable school management to explore action-based approaches in achieving sustainable outcomes;

Develop strategic decision planning in resource management, infrastructure transformations, curricular alignment & sustainability programmes activations

Materialise a complimentary budding project (choice of either people development or space development)

SSS offers a training & development programme to school leadership and management personnel to catalyse a sustainability-centric ecosystem in schools, and a complimentary sustainability budding project related to people development or space development in schools.
