School management plays an integral role in charting school programmes & initiatives, and the development of future eco stewards & leaders. It is therefore paramount and integral for the school management team to be equipped with sustainability knowledge, pedagogies and principles.

• Catalyse a sustainability-centred ecosystem in schools, led by school management & leadership

• Support school management in designing & conceptualising sustainability programmes/ initiatives

• Enable school management to explore action-based approaches in achieving sustainable outcomes;

• Develop strategic decision planning in resource management, infrastructure transformations, curricular alignment & sustainability programmes activations

• Materialise a complimentary budding project (choice of either people development or space development)

• 6 hour Training Programme

• Option of a single sitting (preferred) or split into 2 separate sessions

• Attendees - KP, EXCO, Management Committees, Eco Drivers

• Choose between People Development / Space Development as the school’s budding project

• Appoint a liaison POC (e.g. SSD, VP, KP, OM etc) to coordinate on the discussion/ implementation of the project
